We offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must remain unused, sealed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Important Guidelines for Returns:
- Tampered Packages: Do not accept packages that appear tampered or unsealed. Inform us immediately at customercare@vardaniindia.com or call +91-8707503721 (Mon-Sat, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm).
- Opening Package: Record a video while unboxing as proof in case of damaged or missing items.
- Product Seal: Do not break the product seal if you have concerns about authenticity. Once broken, returns/replacements will not be accepted.
- Offers and Promotions: For returns of products under offers (e.g., Buy1 Get1 Free), the offer will be void. Only 30% of the value of sealed items will be refunded, and promotional items must be returned.
- Clothing and Soft Goods: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for used, washed, or tag-removed clothing and soft goods.
- Clearance Sales: Products purchased under clearance sales are not eligible for returns.
- FUP Coins: Any credited FUP Coins will be deducted upon return. If already used, the corresponding value will be adjusted against the refund.
- Unreasonable Returns: A reverse shipping charge of INR 200 will apply for returns initiated for non-justifiable reasons.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products cannot be returned or replaced for reasons such as:
- Rashes, stomach upset, headaches.
- Flavor preferences or brand comparisons.
Missing/Damaged Items
For missing or damaged products, email us at customercare@vardaniindia.com with:
- Product name and quantity.
- Images of received products, the outer packaging, and the invoice.
After verification, missing or damaged items will be dispatched within 5-6 working days.For Incorrect Orders: Follow the same process for replacements, which will also be processed within 5-6 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled via the ‘My Account’ section or by emailing customercare@vardaniindia.com, provided they haven’t been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Important Note:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the source account within 7-10 working days upon cancellation.
